Files labeled 'h0' and 'h7' are monthly averaged data over the entire Earth and include all model vertical levels. Files labeled 'aircraft' include the closest 9 model grid cells horizontally and all model vertical levels along the 1 minute merge aircraft flight tracks. The aircraft netcdf files that describe the flight tracks and are used to generate these 'aircraft' files in CESM/CAM-chem-SE are 'aircraft_profilelist_20130116_20130929_seacrs_senex_sas_disaqca_disaqtx_3.nc' for the main simulations and 'aircraft_profilelist_20130806_20130929_seacrs_disaqtx_3_aug_sept.nc' for the sensitivity test simulations. The 'aircraft' files from the main simulations include model data corresponding to the following campaigns: DISCOVER-AQ-TX, DISCOVER-AQ-CA, SENEX, NOMADSS, and SEAC4RS. The 'aircraft' files from the specified dynamics sensitivity tests include model data corresponding to the following campaigns: SEAC4RS and DISCOVER-AQ-TX. All files are in netcdf format.
