UPDATE May 12: Data download and Globus transfer for full data files from the GDEX archive are available during the downtime period. Data download and Globus transfer for user subset requests, however, are unavailable.

Due to scheduled maintenance on the NSF NCAR HPC systems, the following GDEX data services will be unavailable beginning 6 AM MDT May 12, 2026 and ending 6 PM MDT May 13, 2026:

• Data file download for all completed subset requests
• Globus transfer for all completed subset requests
• Dataset subset processing and data format conversion. Data subset requests will be accepted during the downtime, but processing will not proceed until after HPC systems are returned to service.
